That's a pretty nice car so I'm guessing it ain't no hillbilly. But the least they should have done was to crack the window and leave some water for him. Heck, I do that much for my wife when I leave her in the car when I go to weddings. :)

Not sure if that was guest at this wedding.
The Cathedral is in a residential area so there is street parking for everybody. I think this car just belonged to someone not associated with this wedding. Hopefully they were not parked very long with thta pooch in the car. It was 30ish here yesterday......
