Finally able to get out today and swing for a few hours. In the Midwest winter creates a multi-month delay. Keeper for the day, a U.S. General Service Eagle button. I will take finding them all day everyday.

The finds are on the verge of warming up here in the midwest. The next couple of months before the spring planting is one of the best times for field hunting. Many midwest areas didn't have the dreaded multi-month delay this year.

Woke up this morning and 3” more snow so quickly plowed and road/driveway looking pretty good. Go eat breakfast and it put down another 1-1.5”…….
Need to keep it as close to the surface so it melts without icy buildup. I’m done. May have try snow detecting, what the hell why not……

Mother Nature can be a B at times. Not a fan of her when she prevents detecting.
