On my way home Wit D Ace

INCH

New member
Got off from work early again today. Had the Ace in the truck (I carry it in my cab all the time now.) Stopped by a site where an old building has been torn down for 10 years or so. Spent about 15 minutes there griping , complainingabout so much trash, then I told myself to shut the FFFF up and enjoy it , and Then i began to find some goodies. Yes sir got me three Quarters, some pennys , a catholic medal (our lady of victory pray for us), half a ball of lead(feels like 5 pounds), some copper wire , some belt buckles, some fired bullets, and a host of other stuff in 2 hours. NE way enjoy my junk pictures , I love to post them here ,its typical of a newbie , but I love it.

You should be getting a good pile of stuff for the scrap yard. You're doing a lot better than me right now - we just got another 8 inches of the white stuff. Although my pup likes playing in it.

"SNOW" is a 4 letter word!

Nice variety. !!

I agree that it is easy to forget sometimes that it's supposed to be fun. Being optimistic definately helps..

Thats the sweetest looking looking dog on the forum Orion." God bless a dog thats cute" Gotta love those beagles

Congrats, The lead doesn't appear to have white corosion on it. It could be babbit [used in poured bearings ]. babbit is also heavy like lead.

The lead I dug it about 3 inchs down not a lot of white corrosion. Thanks ralph for the ups. Isaac Babbit inventor, maybe had alot of tin , copper , antimony? Never know what U can learn here on this forum?

Thanks Luke. The little monster is 6 months and likes the snow. That makes one of us. Labs and beagles are my favorites. Lost my chocolate in 2009 after 12 years. I'm wondering if I can teach him to sniff out coins?
