Went out for a few hours and found a button with big jack on it. a1959 penny and what looks like a key hole to a door. Not bad for a little work. This is my first coin Ive ever found. I mostly go on old farms so i find a lot of relics.

Never know what you are going to find on old farms.
Could find something very unusual for sure,
Good hunting to you ! Gene

Well today i only found nails, which were old, but still just nails. My dad came out for the first time with a bounty hunter which he uses for farming not hunting. He found a car license plate that was all rusted but we could make out the year 1937. As im writing this i just relized i forgot to take a picture 😭

There was so many signels because of all the nails i was getting a little frustrated.

My inlaws have a farm that I have been hunting for several years now. It can get frustrating when you get into an "iron infested" area. I try to slow my swing speed way down. Some times it works, some times not so much. Keep at it as the "good stuff" will come, and congrats on the first coin. I'm sure many will follow..............
