Omega tips for a first time user??

I just recieved my Omega yesterday , but I won't be able to get out until Sunday to give it her maiden voyage so to speak. I was just wondering if some of you Omega users had any tips or pointers for a first time Omega user. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , CoinShooter-Craig

It's a great light weight machine. I have noticed that if you swing it and it says pull tab every single time, it is a pull tab, but if it says a nickle and then a pull tab, it is more likely than not a pull tab. If it says nickle and stays at a nickle, it is a nickle. If the id stays stable, it is what it says it is.

This is such a light weight machine I could swing it all day even after 3 shoulder surgeries. The knobs are a little easy to move so you have to watch it when you put your machine down. Many is the time that I had altered the settings on it without realizing it.
