Omega 10" Concentic Coil question??

I'm getting the Omega with the three coil package. It seems to me that most people who have the 11"DD coil use that coil almost exclusively - maybe the 5" in trashy areas being the exception. I was just wondering if there may be any situations where the 10" Concentric Coil may outperform or be the better choice of a coil to use over the 11"DD? Thanks. CoinShooter-Craig
