Olive Oil helped my dry cracked finger tips

jabbo

New member
For 30 years I suffered with painful split finger tips (on my right hand) and dry rough hands during the cold winter months. This winter I had no problem just by comsuming at least 6 tablespoons of olive oil daily (not the virgin type, too strong tasting). I started taking it for Ecxema, it went away 100% real quick, and I noticed my hands were soft this year, not like sandpaper, and no split finger tips. I read about the Ecxema cure in a vitamin book. If anybody has these problems, give it a try.

Maygar, I mix it with my oatmeal, can hardly taste it. Adds flavor to my soup. Or I take it straight, the regular (not virgin) is very mild. About 6 tablespoons daily.
