went to a new soccer field last night an hour before dark after every one was gone,and found nothing till dark on way out of field then bang 12 45 i dug about 10+ for this i thought large cent till i got home,nope KING GEORGE 1 1721 HALF PENNY with britania,i wish i could capture on film the true condition of the coin but the camera wont let me,so i kept the dark pic because the shadow shows a little...

Like GK, I found three coins from that era a few inches apart from each other...in the yard of a modern home! One was a 1722 KG, the other two were older. A Wm III and a Wm and Mary Halfpenny!
