I have a chance to buy one of these.it is about 18 years old and in great condition.how would this detector compare with an ACE 250? oh btw the detector is 100.00
 
But you really cant compare it to the Ace 250 because its a non ID machine. Both have their fine points but two totally different machines. Personally, I would pick the Cutlass over the Ace any day. I bought one for my wife but ended up liking it so much that it was my go-to machine for competition hunts,
