am i correct by saying the head phone color of the Excal in order of age..oldest.1st red.... 2nd yellow 3rd blue and now excal ll yellow again?
 
Red, Blue, Yellow, then Yellow on the Excal II.
 
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE NEW EXCA 2,I JUST GOT MINE IN AND I HAVE TO SAY ITS ALITTLE ON THE SENSITIVE SIDE I COULD NOT EVEN AIR TEST IN MY HOUSE,I HAD THE GARRETT INFINIUM LS IT WAS NOT THAT SENSITIVE I HAD THE EXCAL ON ONE AND I HAD TOGO OUT SIDE TO AIR TEST,IS THIS GOOD????

Don't be fooled by the air tests.
BBS/FBS machines operate on frequencies that are harmonics of 60 hz power. This makes them noisy at lower sensitivity levels compared to other machines when around electrical noise. It is not an indication that a BBS/FBS machine is more sensitive.

heres a pic of the first brochure with the first excal on it. not sure if any of those green headphones made it to market though.
