old swimming hole keeps giving

Average 5-7silver coin per day and 1-2 silver pendent also over day so far.
I have found 48 wheaties and few war nickels all these on this 1920S swimming man made lake that has been abandoned for over 20+ Years.

I'm so grateful that its never being hunted.The Atpro whistles like a champ for silver, havent found any gold yet but I will soon hunt the lake where everyone once swamed.All the religious silver pendent s are vintage sterling theda.

A virgin swimming hole now that's what I'm talking about. Just curios after being abandoned 20 years is there any beach left? How about vegetation etc. has is grown into the beach area? What's the bottom like sandy rocky muddy. I'd love to sea a picture of the beach if you can do it without giving your location away.

Yeah! what Atlas said! Detail man! I'm getting in the water this weekend trying to find some old spot like that, so any info on the conditions would be great...I think there has got to be gold in your spot...once you get all that silver out of the way!

I will take a picture of it it is a man made lake and it looks like it has lost about 5 feet of water receding water that is there is a lot of vegetation on the water and the sand has weeds growing.Do you live in nj

No..I'm in Michigan, our water has fallen 5 feet too! lots of muck and cattails high and dry...found a few spots and going in tomorrow!

I have been hunting some by an old stone foundation with a spring run . so far I have found 2 belt buckles down by the spring, and a 1921 Merc dime which was in an old field above the foundation someone was throwing garbage in the foundation I believe they lost the dime. The other day as I worked down along the spring run maybe 300' down from the foundation. I see a old earth dam wall maybe 150 ' across so I believe this was maybe a swimming hole 150 years ago . There is snow on ground now and a storm coming so will have to wait for spring. After reading the posts here am very excited to get back in there. Merry Christmas to all.
