Old State Fair Token And 1930 Lincoln "GreyHound" Car Emblem

Finds are from the past few weekends.
Machines used were the XP ORX, Minelab E-Trac and Anfibio Multi.

The State Fair Souvenir was found with XP ORX about 7-8 inches deep. I believe it to be around circa 1910.
From my research the metal greyhound is a car emblem from a 1930 Lincoln.
Old coins are back to 1889.

The metal cap gun is a Hubley "Pet" from the late 50s.
The big old ring has some weight to it. I believe it to be brass with gold plating.

Also found were a few old buttons, suspender clips, part of a Gene Autry cap gun and a tootsie toy trailer.

Thanks for looking!

Dave

Nice digs Dave! Looks like the different machines are treating you well!

Dave,

Are you planning on revisiting many of your hunted out with Etrac spots with the new toys? I've been doing that with my NOX 800, so far not finding that the XS left much behind, but I'm still pretty new to that detector.

Looks like you guys may have freeze up there fairly soon. I didn't make it up there this year, hopefully next.

Hey Chris,
I have been trying some of that. Your right, the eTrac doesn't leave much behind.
I built a counter weight for it and mounted it and that seems to help the balance.
Alternating with that and the XP ORX.

You said it Mark!
I somehow pulled a really worn 1901 quarter yesterday from a 1939 School which was a complete surprise.
That is the great part of the hobby. You never know what is coming.
