Old school gives up.....4 silver, 4 wheats, and some gold

Today I returned to the OLD school that has been giving up some real goodies. The ground is absolutely BONE dry and everything there is deep for the age of the coins, most things are around 7" Signals are horrible because the site has a lot of iron. No signals are cut and dry most are choppy scratchy and only good from one or two directions. I am not returning here till we get some much needed rain.

I went as slow as I could possibly stand it, had sensitivity cranked up to about 90%
Signals were just high tone whispers amongst all the deep iron.

First dig of the day was a 1941 merc. Very next hole 10 feet away was another signal that just did not say silver dime, but I dig every signal there that is deep, turned out to be 2 mercs in one hole 1919, and 1944.

Found 2 wheats, then nothing for almost an hour, not even clad. I got a zinc penny signal at 4" deep so I dug it for lack of something to do and it turned out being this little kids ring, unfortunately it is only 10K Filled. Still cool to find.

Got a 4th merc shortly after,.... another 1944 and then 2 more wheats. One of the last things I dug is the larger item pictured, not sure what it is, but it has a cool design on it.

First day I have ever dug as many silver as I did wheats, nice even 4 silver and 4 wheats.
Right now I am standing at 31 silver coins and 219 wheats for the year
