Old school finds.

I hunted an old abandoned high school yard that has been giving up a few goodies over the years. I took my E-trac out for about 4 hours. I started out digging every conductive target, but had to give up that strategy after an hour or so. I did manage a couple of wheats, some silver, a junk ring and an old pocket knife. I found the usual clad as expected. First hunt with the newly acquired E-trac, it did me well.

I would say you did pretty good for the first time out with the etrac. Congrat's on the nice finds.

I started running TTF and I think I like it as well as multitones. Helps out in the iron more than I thought it would.

Nice going. I tried to hunt yesterday but it is so dry that digging past 3"is a real problem. Most of all the good finds in my favorite spot are 6 to 8" deep. Did one one wheat cent at 6+ inches but decided it wasn't worth it after two junk targets. Thought they were but tried anyway.Had to chip my way down to all three.

Very nice first hunt. Congratulations and thanks for the picture.
