Old Rolls Royce in he middle of the woods!!!!!!!

Searching back in my almost seventy year old memory banks got me a mental image of an early Plynouth four door sedan!

Mid to late 1940s. There was a LaSalle that had a similar grill too I seem to recall.

A car from today wouldn't have lasted as well for that many years,

Almost certainly a 40 or 41 Lincoln Zephyr. I thought at first it might be a coupe, but the coupe didn't have the back side window. Not enough left to say for sure, but probably the sedan. (American Car Spotters Guide: 1940-1965)

It is a four door. Suicide doors. Bench seat behind the front seats. With a wood divider. The wood is actually still there. So I was thinking it was a limo, because of the size of the back seat. and the separation between the front and back.

Boy I would bee seeing if I could get it out of there . Land owner might say if you can clean up the place you can have it.

Yeah, rust in peace!:wiggle: Ha!
