Old Ring Found Tonight:whites:

I found this old ring tonight in the old sidewalk repair site.
It seems to be worse for the wear.
The inside band reads STERLING.
There is an eagle inside of what looks a Boy Scouts "Fleur de Lis"
It seems that there are 3 letters under the eagle and other inscription on the ribbon below.
Sure wish I could make it out or maybe find a picture of what this ring would have looked like in better days.

I drove by the site one day while workers were busy. Have you been working it all the while as each section came open?

The Boy Scouts have or used to have programs in addition to the reqular Boy scout program. This included the Explorers and the Sea Scouts. It's possible this ring is a relic of the sea scouts. Just a thought.
