Old pottery cup? Sugar bowl? Syracuse China? OPCO?

Dug up this old piece of a cup or sugar bowl. I was hoping someone recognized the part of the logo that is on the pottery. Looks like maybe a wing with a 3 on it? The area I am digging has produced some other old items dating from late 1700's to early 1900's. I'm in Central New York, so I was thinking maybe Iroquois China, Onondaga Pottery (OPCO), or Syracuse China. I hope somebody out there recognizes it. Thanks for looking.
