I've been using the old CZ3D alot lately in a area Ive been pounding for years. Today I only had a hour and ended up finding a 42' Wheat and this beautiful old gold guilt Detroit Police cuff button. It was around 5" deep in trashy area. Detroit isnt to far from me and I wonder how it got there and how old it is. Ive got some research to do....

Thats an awesome find! I'm in the detroit area too I'd be proud to find something local like that with some potential history.

I've found out the button dated between 1910-30
 
Model 10 S&W. Carried one in the 70's and early 80's in the USAF. Memories.


Nice button BTW. I won't hunt Detroit. Will stay 60 miles above it pretty safe I think!
