old plow/lid to trunk/vase/copper bottle/

the lid is not threaded it is just made to sit on top but the whole on the bottom looks like it has a couple threads i cannot find any name or marks an it, i think it is intriguing as well .
 
I have found many of them over the last 39 years and felt they were the bedpost knobs of a brass bed or even end of curtains rods.
 
the bottle is art deco , popular in the 30.s kinda neet i think , you dig like me , and you will find somthing good under that Iron
 
i dig any beep, so far everything is turned out ok im just using a bounty hunter discovery 3300 not the best but ive had worse, lol it is usually on the money or pretty close im amazed at the depth it will pick up sometimes i think im digging a hole to china an then wham an old arm button or a piece of hand pump i think everything is cool just cause of history. me an my 3 yr old do it for fun really he likes sifting an i like the surprise. well good luck to yall this spring im in florida an its a good 70 degrees out.
