Old mobile home park...and my Ace250

robert roy

New member
Only had a couple of hours but took the Ace to an old mobile home park.
Nothing left but concrete slabs and meters sticking up out of the ground.
It's been hit really hard already; I was just to slow in discovering its location.
Lots of junk metal from mobile home sideing and pull tabs. DId find a couple
of pennies and a couple dimes. Also a round rusted thing that looks intrigueing.
NIce warm day for once! Cuff links too, but they were laying on top of the ground.

Nice finds, Its been worked-over but still giving up finds!!!

if the park was anything like the parks we have in the south, i bet there are tons of crushed beer cans and pulltabs to go with!

I got them last year at an trailer park here in town. 10 hunts until I got thrown off.

Hey great stuff!
How long had that park been abandonded?
The one I went to has been sitting there for a long time. More
than ample time for every MDer with a metal detector to hit it.
When the wether warms up more today I want to get back
out there..RR

Looking forward to seeing what you find at that
mobile home park near you. No TELLING whats there.
Good luck with that.
It isn't abandoned. It still has a number of trailers left. I worked the 2 common areas.

Looks like they took out all the concrete slabs and meters.
Is that photo the total size of the park or is there more the photo doesn't show.
