Old Military or Boy Scout Ring/ID needed:whites:

I found this old ring tonight in the old sidewalk repair site.
It seems to be worse for the wear.
The inside band reads STERLING.
There is an eagle inside of what looks a Boy Scouts "Fleur de Lis"
It seems that there are 3 letters under the eagle and other inscription on the ribbon below.
Sure wish I could make it out or maybe find a picture of what this ring would have looked like in better days.

Go to ebay and check out item #310144622408 see if it looks familiar.

I am thinking the one I have is a slightly different design but most likely from the same era and design style.

I'ts a Boy Scout "Sea Scout " ring. Hard to narrow down the date but looks maybe the 40's. Here's a link with some info on it. Nice find
