Old Lock Help.

New member
Found this lock today. The only writing on it is "Belmont" on the front. Does anyone know anything about it? Can't seem to find anything on the web.

Mike,
I've found that style before. I assume Belmont is the maker but I've never researched them. I would guess, and I say guess it's circa late 1800s early 1900s. There are good lock references on the Net. Maybe someone will guide you to them. David@Dixie
