Wow DWW,
That is one giant lighter, must be sixty seventy feet tall, I think you may have evidence of a giant race of smokers...
The best way to reduce picture size is to use Adobe Photo Shop, you can determine exactly how large you want a picture to be by either height or width and it will automactically calculate the scale and adjust the unchanged dimension...
