Wackenhut is a private security company, like mat said they do nuclear facilities, but they also do the rail roads, gated communities, and some prisons here in florida. great finds!

Was that ring REALLY laying on top like that? Sometimes I cannot tell if you are being serious or trying to loot my imagination! WTG ya looter!
 
It had an address on the back too. I was able to track down the guy's widow who was in her 90s and living at a retirement home. She said the bracelet had been lost about 60 years earlier when she and her husband were visiting their son (now deceased) at a summer camp. ~John

GH..If the jewelry/coin is laying on the ground and the ground is undisturbed..then I found it that way
If it is laying on a pile of just turned sand/dirt...Obviously I placed it there for the photo...

I was just wondering how you got the silver so clean. Can you let me know I have some silver that needs to be cleaned and I'm sure there are a few others out there who would like to know also. Great job thanks JOHN
