Old forgotten Ford

Found this old car today while out cruising along Rt-66 west of Amarillo. Seems like every time I go back I find something new to shoot. While breaking for lunch we stopped in Adrian,Tx. the MidPoint of Rt-66 between Chicago and L.A.

The car picture is awesome, good detail, colors, great composition. It is really a good picture, way above average in my humble opinion. Kelley (Texas) :)

I agree Kelly.......the car even looks defiant in its decaying state......excellent.

All good shots but I also love that first one....love the subject matter, and perspective and composition....great!

thanks for the kind comments. I really like that photo also, probably my favorite out of about 150 that was shot yesterday. Next week we're going to venture east on the old rt-66 and see what we can get in to. Stopping and talking to the locals and hearing their stories is the best part of the trip.

I sure hope that you get to take some pictures to share with us. Please have fun and enjoy yourself. Kelley (Texas) :)

You guys are really outdoing yourselves with these quality photos. I love it. Thank you!
