Old Ford Tractor

TwoRivers

New member
I purchased this old Ford 601 tractor the other day, it had a loader on it which I took off today. There was a tree grown thru the front of the loader and the radiator/nose of the tractor. It took about an hour to get the tree out after I got the loader off. Anyway I'm in the assessment stage right now, checking the engine, trans, differential, lift and other miscellaneous things on it. If it's not to far gone I'll probably bring it back to life.. It was probably headed for the scrap yard....hate to see old equipment ground up for scrap metal.

Thanks for looking ..............................John

Ed................I don't like being up in the sky where birds fly nor do I like being down in the water where there's fish big enough to eat me!

I'm not into aquatic farming either............

Thanks for all the comments....................................John
