Hunt an old farm today with Kozyman and Brad DFX, got some pretty decent finds, I made a video and will get it on here when I finish it. Cool thing was I dug ZERO clad.........ZERO wheats, newest coin I dug was the 1917 Merc. Man I love days like that!

2 Indians, 1903, 1908, takes me to 41 injuns this year
2 silver dimes 1905-O Barber and a well worn 1917 merc. (silvers 93, and 94 this year) The barber was hit pretty hard by something, but glad it was not by me! You can see in the dirty pic, the gouges are old marks

got some neat relics too, no idea what they are though...lol

Congrats on the very nice hunt! Silver and IH's are great. I also really like the locket? The one with the dog. I think that is very cool, Beale.

SWEET on the finds today !! Nock

Great video (as always)!

What's your secret on getting permission at these great sites?

Dude that locket looking thing is cool. Sheffield steel use ta be the benchmark. They had some of the finest steel products made in the world.

41 injuns that is sick. If you had to make an estimate, what would you say the average depth is on them? The one I hit last week was about 7 to 8 inches. My feel for things is that it would vary by site, probably from 5 to 9 inches. My best guess.

around my area 6-7 inches, rarely they are 8"
at this house they were 5" or less, nothing was deep at all! there was no clad, only a few wheats, newest coin I dug was 1917

Whoda thunk it!

Do you offer a split or show the land owners your finds?

I NEVER EVER, EVER, NEVER, EVER offer to split anything....lol, if they don't ask, why would I bring it up??????
I will show them the finds if they ask, but only one time did an owner want an indian I found and I gave him one.

So you're saying that you generally don't offer a split :clapping: ?

PS: I apologize, I am a Garrett user and I have no idea if I have a right to comment on a Minelab user forum

Nice finds! You gotta be having more fun that a human being should expect! Congrats, again! Now, just because you're getting close to 100 silvers and 50 IH cents, don't be getting lazy on us! There are still a few weeks (before winter) to get out there and find some more nice stuff and make you some very nice totals for the year!
