Old Drive-in Theater

Hi all, I just got back from my new tectin place. You got it. It was an old Drive-in theater. And this was my 6th time going out there. Sorry it's all clad and pennies(7).this AM. I'd gotten 6 cents less than $10.00 those times. BUT this AM I did a little better. (wish I could get pic's to show you but I got a new PC and haven't learned how yet). Anyway I had already gotten $2.00 in qtrs/dimes/nickles, As I was swinging my way back across the 2nd time I got an +83 again. Had to be another quarter, yep:biggrin: and thanks to my DX-1 pinpointer, I swung it across again, another 25 cent piece. I ended up getting 5 more quarters out of an area less than a 1 foot diameter. Ended up with a total of $5.24. Only wish I could get more silver. But the ol M---X---T is a Quarter killer in this area. Thanks for looking. S-W-E-E-T. It might only be clad but is still spends. Oh yes, a guy came over to me the 2nd day and said,"man they ain't nothing out there, I done looked ". Heh Heh,

I love it. :thumbup: Isn't it a great feeling when you come across a nice place and have been told that there's "nothing there" as you walk away with a pocket full of change! :please: Can't get much better than that. Thanks nancy/larry, believe it or not i've only covered about 1/3 of the field in between where the screen was and the parking. I had also found a gold filled neclaceand checked with the jeweler and not worth more than a few bucks. Thanks for looking. HH KC

I bet it is just a matter of time before that silver starts showing up...maybe you have to get that clad out of the way first. I think you have a great place to hunt and give me some ideas..:thumbup:
 
Come on now larry!!!!!!!:lol: ME give you help. . No way, really tho, tell nancy I got all the clad so far in relic mode , trigger forward. . Thanks guys. I've just sent my V3 in for the audio mod.
Also ordered a new :whites: 6 X 10 DD Eclipse coil. What do you think of the 6 X 10 larry? And it will work with the V3 right? Thanks all. HH KC

I think the 6X10 is a great choice for the V and MXT. I used one as my primary hunting coil for years and I think you will enjoy using it too on either machine.
 
Thanks larry, for your info on the 6 X 10 coil. From all I've read, it's pretty darn good. :clapping:
