Old Detector Question

Well-known member
A friend recently gave me an Old Detector. It is a Compass Relic Magnum 7. Of course he did not have a instruction Manual. The problem I have is how does one power the detector. It appears that three 9v batteries might fit the connectors but then there is the possibility that AA battery packs were used. Anyone ever use one of the Relics?

Hi George,
Maybe this will help. Manual is in PDF bit sideways.

It takes 12 AA's, three battery holders with 4 batteries in each holder.

Thanks for the info.

Hi , I think you can get rechargeable battery packs made at batteries plus. I had one made at the store near here.
