old coin mabye, with gold tint

turn it around is the thing in the middle a screw ?
 
Had it tested in local shop was told is gold mixed with copper anybody know what I should do ? I think it is roman because they mixed alot of copper and gold back then. But is first gold I have found only been detecting for 2 or 3 weeks, hope for more lol
