old coin HELP id please

hi i found this coin in flintshire north wales 5miles from chester, can u help identify, its 28mm in diamiter, and has a very distinct pointed face with two ribbons down the back of his neck off some sort of head band/crown plz help
 
I enhanced the photo the best I could and it resembles George III. Need a better pic.

If it is a cartwheel coin the half penny weighs 1/2oz 1 penny weighs 1oz and the 2penny coin weighs about 2oz.
