Today in the layer, a big foundation stone came out and it is a nice stone i could make some Celadon glaze out of so I am saving that in lew of starting my pottery up , I heat the stone and crumble it and millet to a fine powder and use it to make a celadon stoneware glaze very beautiful . their is a rock barr about 400 ft away in the river and no doubt tabor got his foundation stones from the river, also an old board and some Iron junk , but I know coins can lurk in this layer because i have already found and 1862 Indian head penny in it and a 1879 seated dime so you just never know whats behind the next cut nail It also seems the compadre can find the small things like that tack, the Vaquero would never hav heard it in disq but in all metal probably deeper , but as long as the Compadre only hunts in a disc mode its nice to have that ED 160 to hear the Iron ,
