That is a nice tractor Kelley. Here in my area of CA there are quite a few of those on display in peoples yards. I have a neighbor who has those old horse pulled plows in his front yard.

old, vintage cars do not rust very much in California because of the type of climate they have. Do you know anything about this? Kelley (Texas) :)

I believe it depends on where the cars are located in CA. Southern CA near LA is desert, so the old cars down there don't seem rust much. The SF area along the coast gets a lot of rain and fog during the winter months so I would imagine they do not fair as well. I don't know much about northern CA, but I believe it is forested??? The closer you get to the CA border with Oregon the wetter it seems to get. The high sierras tend to get a lot of snow during the winter, which causes the use of salt on the roads.

My area of CA gets a lot of rain during the winter, but from mid spring to late fall we don't get much rain. Old cars in my area do well, but not as well as southern CA. IMHO southern CA would be someones best bet for old cars that aren't rusting much over the years.

A very nice CASE, Kelley! Back in the 50's-60's we had a CASE. Looked a little like that one, but much "newer." So old now, can't remember if it was the solid Case orange scheme, or, if it was the newer cream and orange of that period.

Beaut!
