Old bullets and Mystery item

Last weekend I came across an out of the way place in Baltimore County.

In one hour I found a silver quarter and a silver dime along with a number of old bullets and a number of miscellaneous items.

Can anyone tell me the age of the two bullets in the photo. And also help me identify the other item.
