G,day all the back of the coin reads "Queen Victoria's 60 Years of Reign" with a pic of Young & Old Queens 1837-1897.

Hiya Freddy,
Dont know where you are located but the
medallion is one of many types that were issued for the queens jubilee.
They were given to schoolkids and also in sunday schools as rewards for good behaviour etc.
You may already know this but hope it helps anyway.
