After arriving to the place where we have our hunts, one of the men (can't remember names....as I don't go to the meetings any more) had a box containing headphones to give as a prize. As he walked by me, I said boy, I sure could use those as mine won't stay on my head unless I have one of those elastic sunvisor caps pulled down over them to hold them in place. He said when I come back let me know and I will get you a pair to use! I asked him if they worked and he said I don't know...so when he asked me if I still wanted to use his...I said no, as I know that mine work.
While Liz, Glory and I were sitting and talking with another man...and don't know his name either....he said he had about 10 pairs at home and could have brought me one...but didn't bring any.....so we hunted the surprise hunt and the main hunt....After the main hunt, he came to me with a silver dime token with the number 97 on it and it was for the headphones given as a prize. He was going to get them and give them to me, but instead gave me his dime token and I turned it in for the prize.
Well God had to be working in this for it all to turn out the way that it did! I have a new pair of headphones to wear that FIT and aren't loose and hopefully work...but will know for sure when I use them in detecting again. I am very sore and stiff from the club hunt and from mowing, as yet; but I'm thinking over the weekend I will be able to go to my special place and find something....even it it's clad coins!
So pray that I will be able to get out without a rainy weekend.
Also, JW, who used to be the Vice-President of our club brought a lot of gloves...made of cloth and others of leather. They are really nice and these were given freely to those in attendance. So, the Lord blessed me with new headphones made by Calrad, new gloves to use when digging through the blessings of members! Praise God & Thank You, Jesus!
Also threw in some silver and clad which I was blessed to find, although I would have liked it to be more...just a dab compared to what others found! But a little dab will do me, according to the old commercial saying of long ago! 
Was it Brillcream dressing for the hair?
