It's a bronze celtic money ring. Could be as old as 2600 years old. As you see, it's in XF condition. I found it submerged in mud in the same field I've been digging out coins for the past two weeks. I only noticed the surprise once I cleaned it. At first I thought it was just a washer or a canvas button.
