Now I know y'all been suffering thru high sand conditions, and yesterday I went out and thrashed some lake water till it was foam, w/ little to show for it. So being tired and in need of a jewelry fix I headed for one of my old haunts today where the tide is out for the winter(lake drawdown). My best day there before, was 28 silver rings in 4 hours, not too shabby.

So, I took along the Excel ID just to do some shallow wading, since the iron can be thick in places. Well since I didn't have an "apprentice" along, it must have been my lucky hat, because the Excel was sucking the booty out of the ground!

Lord knows y'all have provided sunshine when things have been bleak in the snowfields, so enjoy!
