OK......What/When Will Garrett Be Up To In The Near Future? :garrett::shrug:

Mmmmmm, Garrett often times releases new products with compound Metal Detector Groups. An example would be the ACE Series, The GTI Series And The AT Series. And....there are different types of metal detecting, for example relic hunting, water hunting, coin hunting and gold prospecting.

So, putting yourselves in the CEO's position, what do you figure is soon to be coming down the tubes?

To stay competitive it almost has to be multi frequency at the very least....and pretty soon I would think. While none of the multi frequency machines that are currently out appear to be game changers, (IMHO) having a choice of 4 or so frequencies is a great option. Can't speak for the Max, but the A T Pro for the price has been a pretty amazing detector. In fact, just ordered the 9 x 12 concentric for mine. HH jim tn

I too hope for some frequency adjustment options. And.....that imaging feature for us coin hunters would really be a bonus.

Hunted with the 12" concentric on the A T Pro the last 2 days. It really is a killer. Got a couple of old wheats, a silver Merc., silver Washington and 2 sterling ladies rings. This is working a demo site which is real trashy and had been hunted pretty good with detectors using dd coils. Also, it smacked a old Max Factor, Hollywood Ca, 10" deep lipstick tube with ease. Waited way to long to get this coil! HH jim tn

Glad it has worked well for you. I permanently keep it on one of machines. It remains sensitive to tiny objects, yet does well for separation. I first noted how much of a good coil it is back when I bought my first ACE 250. It also works well on the ACE 150.......just hunt in coins mode, and it performs well. A cheap, yet effective unit to get into this hobby.
