I've got a number of things on my wish list such as an 8 reale, seated half, more colonial silver, morgan dollar.
My goal though, is something capped or bust in silver. I had the same goal for 2010 but didn't hit it. I found alot of coppers of different types and a few
seated pieces, 3 cent silver, etc - but no bust or capped silver. SO - that's my goal again.
I want to wish everybody on the forum happy hunting and great luck for 2011. Also thanks to Bryce for the great work and leadership he has shown.

I was going to say that I intend to find less nails...I do...but it would be nice to find a barber coin.

Hey....me I think big! 250 silver dollars in a milk can buried in a hog lot would be a beginning.........And then 1200 gold coins in a clay pot buried in a nearby river bank.

I'd be happy to find a silver quarter that's not a GW even if it's another SLQ, which I've found two already.

TR, that's not thinking big, that's thinking fatal. If I found either one of those I'd probably have a massive coronary right on the spot but I hope you find the treasure you seek.

2011 Wish List? First to find the average number of old coins/relices I find every year, that would be enough for me, but I would love to find a type of coin I never found before, like an 8 Reale, and a relic that would be a new addition to my collection, other than that, hopefully a healthy year that allows me to hunt throughout the year, whether I get some goodies or not.

My goals are a seated coin and a pre-1900 coin. Of course a seated coin would take care of both. I have some parks which are old enough, but it hasn't happened yet. For some of you that would be low expectations, but it's all relative.

I would like a seated dime. I saw Bryce dig a few but I think it's my turn now...lol
