A couple months ago I posted some pics of a few pieces of my silversmithing work. Vern suggested a contest. It was my busiest time of the year but I promised a contest after business slowed down. So..........time to deliver.
Contest is for a sterling ring made from a vintage piece of silverware. I've selected one of my best patterns and will make it to size for the winner. Obviously this is something a woman would like (with the possible exception of "Blue Boy" Ed or "Pink Tutu" Butch). Not sure what we'll do if the winner doesn't have a wife/girlfriend but we'll figure something out.

Hmmmmm? I really didn't select this pattern with "Blue Boy" or "Pink Tutu" in mind...........but the pattern name is quite appropriate.
How to win: Post your guess as to the number of pieces of jewelry I've made so far in 2011. [size=medium]POST YOUR GUESS IN THE "REPLY" LINE[/size]. (Any guess posted otherwise will not be eligible. If you don't know how to post in the Reply line, just ask. We'll explain it.) The contest will run 5 days. The guess closest to the actual number will be the winner. In case of a tie, the earliest guess will win. I will post announcing the winner. Also, I will contact the winner by personal message for size instructions, mailing address, etc.
