OK,Tesoro users,Need input please

I have been detecting for sometime now and the only detector I have everowned till my new Whites surf pro was a Bandito ll,It worked flawless for years and stupid me sold it thinking I could just use this one for everything.Now I'm going to buy a new one.So,I want one that will Disc.and ID targets by sound or ID doen't matter.And any of you have one for sale?I never see them on the classified forum.

Golden has different pitch tones.

Hi speedbiu, like mptr said, the Golden uses 4 audio ID tones and goes
new at discount dealers for $423. But there is also the Cortes, which has
a "sum" mode that is also tone ID. It has a meter and other features too,
of course. Also discounted at most online dealers. You don't see many
Tesoros for sale as most owners keep them! Good Luck & Happy Hunting!

From what you're saying the Golden is probably the one for you. It's like 3 detectors in one-a straight discriminator,or you can use tone ID(with very low disc, I might add), or a notch discriminator. And the toggle switch makes an instant change to your choice of use.:clsoedeyes:
