ok, someone had to ask... WHAT'S IN YOUR POUCH?

hi all, i'm a curious cat today, so i had to ask the ultimate of personal questions coincerning your repository of personal wealth that you take with you on every hunt. i know, i just had to ask. and i know it's kinda personal, but... just thought i'd ask. i have a nice weekend with a good possibility of jumping on a couple of hot spots i've been seriously eyeballing lately - one involving bulldozers - yummy!
what's in my pouch? dust from the last hunt. small bits of metal that broke off. cigarettes. cellphone. a stray memorial cent. and that's it! i like to travel light, and move quick. drink in the back pocket. i have one of those across the shoulder, multi pocket zippered pouches that are almost impossible to lose but slide down everytime. but i still like it. it holds a lot. so...what's in your pouch? hh,

I always leave some pull tabs, nails and a piece of broken glass. This way when the someone questions what you are doing just say making the area safer. Then pull out that piece of glass! Then hunt on.

Hi Ghost , Hope you find many wonderful treasures on your weekend hunts
I have to work all 3 days , not all bad though, I get holiday pay , weekend rate and
overtime , woohoo
I try to keep it light , just an empty pouch, maybe some dirt in there from the last hunt.
Cellphone in back pocket set to vibrate and knife on my belt. I try to drive my truck as close
to site as possible, so other things are close by if needed, big shovel , pry bar etc.....

In my pouch I have a spray can of "OFF", my smokes, and bandanna for putting the dirt on, (if I think its gonna rain I also put a small umbrella in my pouch). Suprislingly everything fits fine. I even have room for my finds. My digging tool in 1 back pocket, and my pin pointer in the other back pocket, my keys clipped to my belt. My wallet stays in my car. Sometimes, but not much, I have my cell in my front pocket.

If I am making a video, I wear a backpack. With my video camera, water bottle, and a sweater (just incase I think I see poisen ivy).

I actually hunt with 2 pouches. One for my finds. It also holds my spare batteries, and some mints or gum. It is normally emptied out after each hunt. My second pouch holds my drop cloth and my trash. It normally has some trash left over to show "any nosey folks". I keep my digger on a hammer hanger, Beale.

I use a three pocket nail pouch. In it I carry a digging trowel, screw driver, and hunting knife with case in top pouch.Middle pouch carries gloves, bug juice, drop cloth, and good finds hidden underneath.Smallest and bottom one and most open one has 6 pulltabs,2 pieces broken glass,3 bottlecaps, small rusted metal piece and a couple of dirt-crusted pennies to show to the curious. There is usually some dirty foil hunks and more junk if I have had time to look before being asked what I found.
Who is next? Bob

I always carry my stuff in a Klein Iron workers pouch, they very big so you can carry a lot of junk on a long trek, such as water, bug spray,a Bullseye 140mm probe and 2 pair of gloves. On my pistol belt is my shovel and sheath,2 45acp clips and magazine holder, and also holster w/ 1911A1 45acp pistol ,w/1 clip and 1 in the pipe. This keeps poeple from asking too many questions.Have a nice day!!

in my apron it's always pennies and pulltabs whenever they ask, cause in the other side under my shoptowel is the gud stuff, and sharp Lesche in my left hand:devil:
