I could put the darn thing to good use. I love my Etrac for its abilities but wanted a machine that is
1. waterproof
2. inexpensive
3. fairly easy to use
4. possibly better on gold

I also wanted a machine that I could bring a friend or my wife detecting with me. This is why the fairly easy to use and inexpensive part is important.

I almost got into some big trouble this past weekend with my Etrac while hiking up a mountain when the weather turned pretty crappy. If I would have had the AT I would have toted it when I knew the weather was calling for a 60% chance of rain. But ya'll know how it is when you don't have the power to stop yourself from detecting right?? I know your all just as nuts as I am right?? Crawling under briars and bushes so you can get to the virgin ground that nobody else in there right mind would hit. Yeah thats right I'm talking to you.

Thats me Mr etracjoe, just a nut and if you dont go places where nobody else goes then you arent intreped and you dont feel complete God help us all and thank you for talking to me. thats right I dont have the power to stop sometimes
