Why did whites limit the depth indicator to 13 ins???? I could hear the target loud and clear but when I pinpointed no depth indication. After removing 5 or so ins of soil. I was able to get a depth reading. I decided to airtest of some coins and the button in trigger lock same thing get more than 13 ins and no reading. I know it's not important but it's strange the darn v machine is deep also picked up a silver 36 Merc at 11 ins loving the v machine. HH to all c t

Only the Shadow would know. :heh:

OK so I'm guessing that's it its normal! Funny most places I ground balance its 13 also but at this spot when I ground balance. _ _. That's it no numbers just a double dash. Funny. Guess the ground is clear for more than 13 ins. OK I have to say after running 15 different machines over the years the v machine wins the prize most fun to use and most accurate in terms of. Target I'd. ............................. Oh yeah pretty darn deep for only using a 10 in coil. Not bad at all. HH c t

The double dash doesn't mean it's deeper than 13" and is normal. It has to do with ground values. I can't explain it because I have forget the reason. Things not important I tend to forget. I'll see if I can find it in my notes.

Isn't that important it just surprised me to have a deeper signal. And saw no reading then in pinpoint barely a warble sound and three faint pinpoint bars. What counts is I found some deep stuff that was clear and reputable. Now. I need to get an sef 10x12. From what I have read here they work well. OK back to the ball field /old park area. HH c t
