i was out for a short time in an extremely highly trashy area. im talking the worst..i went because it was close and i had no time to detect. the dirt is like chipping away at rock and its littered with broken glass, rusty nails, broken pottery, tin cans,, you name it. but i managed to find this....it was about 3 inches down..im sure the rest is there as my detector said more of something was there. i will have to go back tomarrow to look some more...
