Heres the chest mount system for the CZ 20 I just whipped up...I will probably add some finds pouches to either side of it.
 
Good job I think you're going to like it.

Heres mine I love it. Takes about 10 seconds to move from chestmount to shaft and vice versa.

Good Job there too Kaptain! Cant hardly wait for Ice out...may have to install a propane torch on the shaft, and try to melt my way to the gold!
 
All the weight is transferred to the larger back muscles and of course the spine...Tennis elbow is one thing, but if you ever had back problems( watch out)....
 
The one thing you will find is that the cz20/21 housing floats up so you might want a belt around the bottom also to keep it down if you go chest deep in the water?should work thou
