Dr. Visit was mucho tiring,but:Dr. showed me what he did,and explained that the arthtitis in my spine is a BIG determining factor in recovery.He also said my hips were shot,especially the right one,-just a FYI,I guess.He said there is no way to give me a time frame on recovery,'everybody is different'........He wrote me a stronger Rx,hafta go back January 6th....Unbelievably,my back started feeling less painful in the Dr office,even before I got my new pain Rx.So,it is not as dire as it sounded last message.But,I was in terrible pain,sick and not sleeping then,too..........:shrug:
 
Glad the doc didn't find anything out of the norm. Sounds like you are going for the slow recovery route, don't do too much.
