OK, I'm not going to try and accurately state the facts and figures, but I wasn't surprised at President Jacques Chirac forceful comment to this situ

As you all know, there's been wide-spread rioting in France for more than two weeks. The rioters are muslims. They are not chanting "Give us jobs" while they try to burn France down, shoot policemen, beat old men to death with 2 x 4's, and burn anywhere to 700 to 1500 cars a night; they are yelling "God is great" (their God Allah). They are yelling "jihad". They are causing billions of dollars of damage. The few police that have rough-handled these muslims have been suspended.

Last night, someone, obviously not muslim, tried to torched a mosque in France. President Chirac has vehemently vowed to "hunt down the perpertrator of this heinouos crime"... can you believe it! What is the matter with these nitwits? They need to declare martial law, and start shooting the radical muslims that are causing anarchy in France, not go after one person that tried to burned down a mosque in retaliation!
