... to visit with my father and sister in PA until Thursday morning ... when my buddy Keith and I will drive down to Virginia where I'll meet up with Butch, Pam, and JigFlipper for the DIV VII Civial War relic hunt for the Thursday night pre-hunt meeting.

The hunt will be Friday through Sunday..... a huge tract of land that apparently had Confederate and Union camps on it plus some battle action. It's been night hawlked, but not legally detected until this hunt.

I'll have the laptop with me so will check in with the forum when I can find free wireless service.

After seeing what all Butch and Pam have packed for the hunt, I'll be almost naked compared to them .... no, not naked, but detecting equipment limited .... that's a better mental image for sure.

I'll post anything neat I might be fortunate enough to find.
